Integrations overview

Connect your calendar, CRM, messaging, and telephony tools to Pana so demo bookings, leads, and events stay in sync.

Where to manage integrations

  1. Open your workspace in Pana.
  2. Go to Settings (sidebar) → Integrations.
  3. Filter by category — Calendar, CRM, Alerts and notifications, or Telephony — or search by name.
  4. Click Connect on a card to start setup. Connected integrations show a green checkmark.
Settings → Integrations

Workspace admins can connect workspace-wide CRM and notification integrations. Calendar connections are per user — each team member connects their own account.

Below the integration catalog, you can also connect mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, or SMTP) for sending customer email from Pana. See Email mailboxes.

Categories in the sidebar

The integrations page groups providers the same way as the left sidebar filters:

  • All — every enabled integration
  • Calendar — scheduling and calendar sync (Calendly, Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar)
  • CRM — contact and lead sync (HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Telephony — call-driven lead capture (Knowlarity, when enabled)
  • Alerts and notifications — messaging (Slack, Microsoft Teams)
  • Email — outbound mailboxes for campaigns and customer email (see Email mailboxes)

Common workflows

Sync CRM contacts to an event

Most CRM integrations need a Pana event to attach imported contacts to:

  1. Create an event under Events if you do not have one yet.
  2. Connect your CRM in Settings → Integrations.
  3. Click Sync leads or Sync contacts and choose the target event.
  4. New CRM contacts become leads on that event; existing leads are updated by CRM ID or email.

Disconnect an integration

Toggle the switch off on the integration card, or use Connect again after disconnecting to re-authorize.

Developers

  • REST API — see Integrations API for connect, sync, and webhook endpoints.
  • Outbound webhooks — subscribe to lead.created and other events in Developers → Webhooks (separate from CRM inbound webhooks).

Need help?

If an integration fails to connect, check that you completed sign-in in the same browser session and approved the requested permissions. For integrations that ask for extra details (Zoho data center, Dynamics environment URL, Salesforce Connected App credentials), confirm those values match your provider account.
